Nice  meeting in Bordeaux!!!!

What do you do on Sunday at 12 o’clock in Bordeaux?  Looking at the TV? Reading a book  in your flat…. alone? Let’s go to the market on the quai des chartrons!!
I had a really good moment last Sunday with friends eating oysters and drinking a glass of Tariquet.  The oysters are excellents, the wine too. moreover you can see the most beautiful view of  the garonne!!! If the sun comes at the meeting it is even more pleasant!!!!!

See you on Sunday I’ll be there!!!!!

Blind "Tested"!!!!

Have you ever done a blind tasting?  It is well known that when you hire one out of the 5 senses, the others are duplicated. This is why best sommeliers taste wine with a blindfold.  But if they do not succeed, they just have to open they eyes.  It is not the case for everybody.
What about blind people?  This is the matter some Brands were worried about and this is why some of them (like Chapoutier) decided to translate their labels in braille.. Wine is supposed to gather people and must be opened to everybody.
